have been professional, respectful, and kind. I have been in several times for
treatment for a neck injury and my daughter has been there before too. Feeling
valued, informed, encouraged, and helped, really makes a difference in having a
positive treatment experience. Both offices in New London and Concord are calm,
organized, and friendly. Staff members are really involved and help people feel
as comfortable as possible. It takes finesse and sincerity to consistently
