Congratulations to Dr. Anthony Mollano on being selected to participate in the American Society for Surgery of the Hand Young Leaders Program. Dr. Mollano is one of 16 hand surgeons who will take part in the Leadership Program of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. Young leaders participate in workshops on best practices in voluntary leadership and advancing the field of hand surgery and the Society through leadership and fostering a sense of community. Congratulations to Dr. Mollano on this achievement.
Congratulations to Dr. Jeffrey Wiley on being inducted into the College of the Holy Cross Ring of Fame. Only former Crusader football players who have been elected to the Holy Cross Varsity Club Hall of Fame are eligible for this honor. Inductees are selected by a committee representing various representatives from the Holy Cross community. Dr. Wiley quarterbacked the Crusader squad in the late 1980’s compiling a record of 43-9-1 during his four years, including a perfect 11-0 season in 1987. Congratulations to Dr. Wiley on this achievement.
Concord Orthopaedics has been awarded a three-year term of accreditation in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) by the American College of Radiology (ACR). MRI is a noninvasive medical test that utilizes magnetic fields to produce anatomical images of internal body parts to help physicians diagnose and treat medical conditions. The ACR gold seal of accreditation represents the highest level of image quality and patient safety. It is awarded to facilities meeting ACR Practice Guidelines and Technical Standards after a peer-review evaluation by board-certified physicians and medical physicists who are experts in the field.
