Upon entering the main entrance at Concord Orthopaedics please take the elevators directly to your right or the stairs directly to your left and proceed to the lower level. As you enter the Orthopaedic Surgery Center, you will check in at the Reception desk.

From the EAST and NORTH

• Travel Interstate-93 South, to exit 14
• Right at the end of the ramp
• At the 2nd light take a left onto N. Main Street
• At next light take a right onto Pleasant Street
• At the 6th light (1.5 miles) take a right
• Take next left into the Concord Orthopaedics parking lot. The main entrance is on the left. There is ample parking located around the building.
• For those needing extra assistance getting in and out of a car, please use the circular drive in front of the main entrance to drop off or pick up.

From the SOUTH

• Travel Interstate-93 North
• Take the exit marked I-89 North
• Take exit 2 (Clinton Street)
• At the end of the ramp take a right onto Clinton Street
• Proceed .7 mile to the first set of lights
• Take a left onto Langley Parkway
• Follow Langley Parkway to traffic light at the Pleasant Street intersection
• Proceed straight through the light...take your first left into Concord Orthopaedics parking lot. The main entrance is on the left. There is ample parking located around the building.

From the WEST

• Travel I-89 South
• To exit 2 (Clinton Street)
• At the end of the ramp take a right onto Clinton Street
• Proceed .7 mile to the first set of lights
• Take a left onto Langley Parkway
• Follow Langley Parkway to traffic light at the Pleasant Street intersection
• Proceed straight through the light...take your first left into Concord Orthopaedics parking lot. The main entrance is on the left. There is ample parking located around the building.

From the NORTH

• Travel I-93 South
• Take Exit 5, Route 28 South
• At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Rockingham Road, Route 28
• Follow this road for (x miles), passing through a series of traffic lights
• Turn left onto Tsienneto Road
• The OSC/Derry is on the left at 14 Tsienneto Road

From the SOUTH

• Travel I-93 North
• Take Exit 4, Route 102 East towards Derry
• At the end of the ramp, bear right onto Route 102/Nashua Road
• Turn left onto Crystal Avenue
• Turn right onto Tsienneto Road
• The OSC/Derry is on the left at 14 Tsienneto Road
